Major Players are working with a boutique luxury design agency who are looking for an Office Manager to join the team.
Working in a small office, this Office Manager will be the "all rounder". The role is extremely varied with responsibilities including:
* Answering incoming calls
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Organising meetings
* Keeping order of policies and procedures
* PA support to Director
* HR - updating sickness and holiday spreadsheets, recruitment administration, coordinate training
* Finance - reconciliations, invoices, expenses, prepare monthly management accounts
Previous finance experience is essential.
Candidates will ideally have used Xero or another accounting software and be fully computer literate. With the role being client facing this Office Manager needs to be extremely personable with first class communication skills and a welcoming smile!
Being a busy environment means that strong organisational skills are key and the successful candidate will be able to multi task, prioritise as well as manage an ever changing workload.
