Major Players are looking for an Office Manager to join a forward thinking consultancy based in their fantastic offices in Canary Wharf.
You will be the go-to person within the office and responsible:
* Health & safety
* Maintenance of the office
* Managing contractor and supplier relationships
* Ordering stationery/supplies
* IT support
* Meeting and greeting visitors and clients
* Supporting with logistics of training programmes
* Organising internal events
* Assisting with PA overflow
* Assisting with HR
The role requires confidence, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. Strong organisational skills are essential and candidates must be able to commute to Canary Wharf on a daily basis.
