Major Players are working with one of the fastest growing start ups in the market right now who are looking for an Office Manager to join their rapidly growing team!

Having grown from 50 at the beginning of the year to 105 currently, this business is showing no signs of stopping with huge growth plans continuing for the next year. You'll be working closely with the HR team to help ensure this office maintains it's fantastic company culture.

As we say, the company are growing at speed and they need someone who will be able to not only keep up, but someone who will be able to ensure that their office is running smoothly on a day to day basis.

Based in offices in Gunnersbury this will be a busy role where no two days will be the same. Responsibilities will include:



* Managing facilities
* Managing contractor and supplier relationships
* Supporting the team
* Ordering office supplies
* Taking ownerships of the biometrics security system the company use
* Health & Safety
* Onboarding of new employees

We're looking for an Office Manager with a can-do attitude, someone who really wants to be involved and get stuck in. The role will need strong organisational skills and the ability to multi tasks and problem solve. Being the go-to person you will be a people person and always looking to help and support where you can.
