MW / Snr Freelance Project Manager

Creative Services £ 300 per day, £300 per day

We are on the lookout for a confident, passionate, organised and social-obsessed FREELANCE mid-weight / Senior Project Manager for a truly great international agency.

What we are looking for:

  • 5-10 years of experience working within a creative agency in a similar role

  • Traditional project management skills including writing/updating timing plans, budgets, SoWs/delivery plans, booking and managing resources and managing daily deliverables

  • Supporting the wider team with tasks in a diligent and reliable way

  • Confident own project from start through to delivery

  • Good with finances and ensuring you stay on top of budgets throughout all your projects

  • Confident managing a variety of work intended for social platforms including editorial content, video assets, written posts, and the process of localising and/or trans-creation of content for social channels/platforms

  • Good social platform knowledge

  • Familiar with agency turn-around times and ways of working

  • Proactive and good at foreseeing problems, and can articulate these to the relevant people when required

  • Ensure all documentation is per agency standards, all documentation is detailed and correct, and that the relevant templates/formats are being used

  • Confident in working on Workbook (not essential but a benefit)

    This role is to start ASAP on a rolling contract.

    Please note this role sits Inside IR35.
