I am excited to be working with a Global Financial Services business that are constantly expanding. Disrupting the market with a product that is pushing over 4M customers worldwide to their platforms and their customer base is getting bigger every day!

As the business and team grow and expand, they are on the lookout for a Mobile Search Manager with strong paid search and mobile search credentials who is determined to grow the business. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead you will be working very closely with other search managers as well as the wider performance team to step change performance in your channels.
Your primary focus will be driving Global App growth using Google Ads (UAC) and Apple Store Ads.
This role reports to the Performance Marketing Manager, and there is potential for professional development as the team grows further. With campaigns covering multiple languages and regions, your input will be key to get this brand to the next level of growth and optimisation.

Working as part of this exciting brand you will be responsible for:

* Developing and implementing the performance marketing strategy for mobile search globally across Google Ads (UAC) and Apple Store Ads.
* Managing mobile search budget to maximise commercial impact and monitor results of mobile campaigns versus defined performance objectives.
* Auditing mobile search functionality against best practice in the industry on a regular basis and defining a clear roadmap for optimisation and growth long term.
* Expanding global coverage and localisation of mobile search activity across Apple Store Ads and Google Ads delivering cost effective new customer activations.
* Constant test & learn to support account growth through increases in CVR and reduction in CPA globally.
* Developing a scalable and highly automated set-up to further optimise the marketing investment in performance marketing.
* Working collaboratively with other channel managers and with the measurement team to drive overall team performance that maximises impact on the business.

The Mobile Search Manager will need:
* Previous knowledge working in a similar role managing mobile search campaigns (Google Ads (UAC) and Apple Store Ads), preferably across multiple countries and/or languages.
* Proven results working with Google AdWords & Apple Search Ads specifically building and optimising mobile search campaigns;
* Expert understanding of SA360 and excellent knowledge of web and mobile app analytics and attribution solutions.
* Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint to evaluate trends in search data and report back to the business.
