Mid and Senior Designer

Design & branding £ 30,000 - £ 55,000 per year

I am working with a hugely successful Training Consultancy & Behavioural Change organisation that is disrupting the traditional learning and development sector. The brand have serviced over 60% of FTSE 100 companies and work with big names such as Microsoft, AMEX, Google and many more!

Using the latest psychology and behavioural science innovations my client is able to transform how people think, feel and behave and so improve the performance of companies and the lives of people who work in them. Rapidly growing, the brand is now looking for driven and talented designers to join their award winning in-house Design Team and develop engaging internal campaigns and other projects for a range of clients.

With a passion for inciting change through conceptual and purpose lead design you will work collaboratively within your talented team, reporting into the Design Director. You will utilise your experience working in an integrated or branding agency and will be confident in Print, Digital, Motion Graphics, Communication, Web and Interactive design. You will have the chance to lead on your own projects and will need to be able to generate concepts and ideas and articulate them clearly to clients and your team members. Experience in managing projects and junior designers is desirable and skills in artworking are a bonus.

As a growing business there is a fast work pass which is supported by brilliant camaraderie and a modern day approach to work hours and benefits.

If you want a role that will challenge your thinking, develop your creative skills and push your ideas across a fully integrated spectrum of channels then this is the position for you. Please apply with your cv AND portfolio.
