The Role - Media Executive
We have a new opportunity for a Media Executive at the beginning of their career to join a thriving employer branding agency in London.

They help some of the world's leading brands manage their reputations as employers, so that they can attract and retain the best people to work for them. By providing a range of services across every media and marketing channel you can imagine - which makes this role exceptionally interesting, challenging and varied!

The Responsibilities
- Support the wider Media team in the preparation of campaign proposals and all media related activity
- Create tracking links in line with recommendations by Analytics team
- Respond to agency-wide communications in line with agreed SLAs as directed
- Create and implement best practice processes for the process of information across the team
- Reinforce "best practice" approach to the usage of any media channel
- Attend client meetings as and when required
- Grow strong relationships across all agency functions
- Contribute to accurate monthly campaign reports as required
- Maintain and update knowledge on advertising options across all media
- Support and cover for other team members as required
- Assist with day-to-day management of accounts, administration, billing and budget reconciliation

With supervision where needed:
- Optimise campaigns regularly with a view to improve results, where possible with third-party providers
- Invoice management - ensuring billing is undertaken in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage, in conjunction with the Head of Media Strategy, issue resolution where required

The Requirements
- Basic knowledge of, and experience in dealing with traditional and performance-based media channels
- 6+ months experience working within a digital/media environment highly beneficial
- Proficient Microsoft Office user including all apps within it.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Personable and effective communicator
- Clear understanding / appreciation of client requirements
- Taking responsibility for ownership of all project elements
- Able to carry out routine tasks with good attention to detail
- Able to plan and organise familiar and new requests from both external and internal clients, prioritising workload and working well under pressure
- Managing multiple projects/workloads
