Arrows Group and BOOSTA are looking to hire an ambitious Marketing Manager to play a critical part in their next growth phase in the UK and Europe. Working directly with CEO and group Head of Marketing, you'll have the autonomy to create and implement a growth marketing strategy that revolutionises tech recruitment and makes a tangible difference to the businesses.

As part of making up half of the recently formed Majar Group, Arrows Group are the technology talent experts for the hyper-growth era. From strategic-staffing services to rapid deployment of teams, to complete recruitment outsourcing. What will you be doing?

- Developing, co-ordinating and implementing integrated marketing strategies including candidate attraction and lead generation

- Crafting and executing multi-channel content strategies with a focus upon thought leadership, insights and data led material

- Working cross-functionally across the business to equip relevant departments with best-in-class tools, resources, and collateral

- Implementing an internal communications strategy that drives employee engagement and high-performance

- Working with the Talent Acquisition team to develop employer branding and EVP for attracting, engaging and retaining talent

- Working with various stakeholders to continue to develop the DE&I strategy ensuring it is placed at the core of our communications (internally and externally)

- Managing and executing digital/in-person events and podcasts

- Managing the marketing budget and responsibility for evaluating campaign performance, reporting against metrics i.e., KPIs & ROI and providing recommendations for future endeavours

- Formulating reputational management strategies across Netpromoter, Glassdoor and Google

- Responsibility for managing 3rd party agencies including web development, SEO/PPC and graphic design
