Marketing Manager

Marketing £ 35,000 - £ 40,000 per year


As part of another very exciting Major Partners partnership we're working with the well renowned and respected Event Production Agency Fisher Productions! It's a really exciting time for the business, seeing continued growth and the team are now in the position where they need an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team, who will come with the knowledge and experience to implement and develop marketing strategy and ultimately ensure further business development. This is a really brilliant position that will give you the autonomy to shape the role in a way that will benefit both you and the business!

Job Summary:
 To effectively lead, develop and implement the company's marketing, social, PR and brand strategy.
 Ensure that marketing plays a measurable role in helping to generate awareness, enquiries and ultimately sales revenue

Main Duties
 Develop and implement the marketing and brand strategies for Fisher Productions
 Ensure best use of social media, devising and implementing content and activity to drive customer engagement and awareness. To include filming, photography and interviews
 Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, ensuring SEO/SEM & PPC are optimised
 Manage and monitor advertising strategy and budget
 Oversee the production of marketing collateral
 Responsible for PR to drive awareness of Fisher activity, establishing contacts at key media, creating stories, compiling press releases.
 Contribute to Corporate Strategy - including vision development, strategic corporate branding and positioning
 Responsible for website management and development including all images, creative and copy updates via the CMS and managing external agency for major structural amends and changes
 Develop and maintain external CRM database & implementation to encourage client interaction and engagement through email marketing.
 Manage Marketing budget ensuring effective ROI on all activity
 Oversee internal communication
 Responsible for compiling and subsequent analysis of all research, with a view to gaining insight and understanding of Fishers target audiences and stakeholders (internal and external), sharing results and learnings with teams internally
 Responsible for overseeing promotional showcases

Job Holder Requirements:

 Previous experience in a similar role with proven track record of implementing successful campaigns for events.

 Genuine team player
 Sound knowledge of the digital & social media marketplace
 Excellent communications skills
 Excellent copywriting skills
 Literate and numerate
 Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
 A tenacious 'can do' approach
 Visionary, opportunistic and entrepreneurial

Additional requirements
 The job holder must pass stringent security vetting procedures required for accredited venues including Royal venues and functions.
 The job holder will be expected to work flexibly, recognising that some evening and weekend coverage will be required.
