Marketing Manager

Marketing, Comms & PR £ 35,000 - £ 40,000 per year, £35k - 40k per year

Major Players are proud to be partnering with a prestige and world famous agency to recruit for a Marketing Manager. This is a permanent position, paying up to £40,000, based in London with flexible/hybrid working. The Marketing Manager will be focused on developing content to drive growth across five business units: PR & Influence, Health & Wellness, Advertising Brand & Content, Experience and Growth & Innovation.

Main responsibilities Include

- To drive the roll-out of the Sugar CRM system, perfecting the process across the whole customer journey.
- Work with Comms and Capability leads to manage the strategy and content roll out of thought leadership and events and follow-up plan to drive growth
- Work with the other New Business Directors to execute the new business and marketing plans across the main capabilities (Advertising, Experience, PR & Influence, Growth & Innovation, Health) where outbound is concerned
- Partner with Growth & Innovation team to leverage Global content for the agency.
- Own the contact strategy which includes a variety of push and pull marketing tactics, events and thought leadership, working closely with the Comms Team
- Own the follow ups with net new prospects to drive leads into the business
- Be the team Hustler, spotting opportunities across key target sectors - positioning the agency as best placed to answer their briefs, ensuring they are on lists and having meetings with interesting brands before they go to pitch.
- Keeping the website up to date and working on SEO where needed.

To be successful in this role you will have CRM experience/knowledge. You will ideally have at least two years' experience supporting a new business team in a marketing/comms capacity. You will be a natural team player with the ability to act on your own initiative.
