Marketing Lead - Sustainable, natural health e-commerce business - Central London - Hybrid working - up to £75k

Marketing Lead - The company
My client is a Bcorp apparel manufacturer with a vision to have a net positive impact on improving the health of the planet and it's people. The company has the intent to set an example for businesses on a global scale, operating always through rigour and integrity to make and demonstrate transformational change. The company has traditionally been in the regenerative active wear and have more recently established other pillars of "Healthy Business" and "Healthy Community". Specifically within these areas, they are looking to really grow the kids and accessories category.

Marketing Lead - The role
You will work closely with the Commercial and Product Leads and report directly to the Partner of the business. You will hold the responsibility for the strategic direction for regenerative growth of the category. The key areas you will cover include (and are not limited to):

UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER AND DELIVERING EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
* Identify customer profiles and segments and any needs for customer testing
* Work with the commercial leads to improve customer journey with the focus on digital platforms

REMARKABLE STORY TELLING
* Deliver marketing content with a challenger brand mind-set
* Over-see effective amplification of the content by the central marketing team
* Map partnership landscape and take responsibility for pitching presentations and establishing new connections.
* Work with Product Lead to translate product into customer-facing content & education, with radical transparency as a priority.

BRILLIANT INTEGRATION
* Work closely with Impact/Central & Category Marketing teams to integrate this category into the wider business plans
* Optimise social media and ambassadors management for the category/
* Co-ordinate with other category marketing leads agreeing on seasonal campaign cadence and collaborating on brand wide campaigns, using unified processes cross category.
* Drive integrated reporting and analysis of marketing performance on a regular basis
* Be mindful of BCorp guidelines and keep the company's sustainability values at heart.

COMMERCIAL PRO-ACTIVENESS
* Work with Commercial Lead to tailor campaigns for different markets, maintaining an understanding of customer, competitor and market trends to inform marketing plans.
* Maintain an up to date understanding of the performance of the business and category, being able to react where needed and drive the trading plans.
* Work with Commercial and Category Lead to manage Marketing budget and P&L.
