We are working with a client based in Guildford who are a highly innovative, dynamic company that look at data to drive employee and organizational performance.

They do this by providing modern assessment tools, advanced analytics and innovative solutions.

Role Purpose
To lead a specific development stream and manage a team of local and remote developers

Key Accountabilities
* Leading a local and remote development team
* Responsible for working with a solution delivery team to deliver the products
* Responsible for reviewing architectural designs
* To design and develop robust services in coordination with the frontend developers
* Analysing business requirements and user stories to design and implement new features and services
* Working collaboratively with developers across the business's product and services teams in order to ensure integration with the backend APIs
* Gather information on new and relevant technologies, documentation practices, scalability, testing techniques, and refactoring, hence, constantly improving the performance and efficiency of the department

Skills & Experience

* Strong experience of Microsoft Azure environment
* Strong experience of Microsoft .NET technologies with strong experience of C#, SQL, Visual Studio, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML and XSLT.
* Strong experience of .NET Core and Framework
* Strong experience of developing secure RESTful API's
* Strong experience of working using an Agile methodology
* Solid experience of Azure Devops
* Solid experience of Continuous integration (CI)
