Lead Designer 12Mth FTC

Design & branding £ 50,000 - £ 60,000 per year

I am working with a market leading insurance and consulting firm who is looking for an experienced Art Director/Designer to join the Creative Team. Head strong and ambitious you will bring ideas, processes and a fresh attitude to the team. You will be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders, pitch and communicate your thoughts well and be resilient enough to push boundaries to unlock the creative potential of very brief, keeping the business objectives, strategy and commercial needs in mind.

Driving the creative direction of the business and supporting key strategic projects, both internally and externally, you and your team will collaborate with the Digital, Creative Services and Marketing teams to deliver creative, flexible and responsive design outcomes across all channels, printed and digital. An understanding of Artwork, Studio and Print processes will also be crucial as you will be taking projects from concept through to production.

As Lead Designer it is essential you understand the business, it's customer audience and it's commercial needs as well as the needs of it's external clients. You will create artwork with the end reader in mind; considering the whole customer journey and finding the most effective way to get messages across.
