Our client is hugely successful global market research agency, active in almost 100 countries; they have been operating for a number of years and are now at the top of their game. They are now looking for junior quantitative researchers to join their Brand Engagement team, working with huge clients across tech, media and FMCG. They use innovative methodologies and look to continue innovating, and work predominantly on ad-hoc projects with the odd continuous project.
They are now looking for junior researchers at RE or SRE level to join their Brand Engagement team. You will be working on 3-4 projects at any one time, including some of the agency's largest and most prestigious accounts, measuring brand health and conducting campaign analysis. Experience with ad pre-testing, meta learning, campaign analysis and cross media evaluations is desirable, and experience using tools such as TGI and SPSS would be advantageous. You will have great attention to detail, passion for brands and comms, a can-do attitude, be hands on and proactive and have excellent time management skills.
You will have at least 6 months' experience in a research or analytics role, now ready for your next challenge. You will have an understanding of quantitative methodologies but most importantly enjoy drawing insights from data to make strategic recommendations to clients. You will be analytically minded but also enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
