ROLE: Junior Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter)

Fantastic new opportunity to join a purpose-driven strategy and creative agency in London!

Key Responsibilities
- Keep up to date with our clients' products and services, their target audiences, and competi-tors
- Come up with great ideas and communicate them via scamps, visuals, and storyboards - with great headlines and subheads
- Amend, revise or redevelop ideas as necessary
- Demonstrate good fundraising skills - you'll know your ask prompt from your elbow
- Act as a problem solver and provide proactive recommendations for clients
- Proactively seek new creative opportunities with current and potential clients

Skills & Experience
- Agency experience
- Experience from DM to social, press ads to digital display
- Driven to do more with their talent than sell people stuff they don't need
- You must already be a creative team (art director, copywriter) with experience working as a team!
- Experience working across all formats

Personal Attributes

- A passion for charities, purpose and doing good
- Creatively ambitious
- Keen to learn and develop traditional craft skills as well as breaking conceptual boundaries

Salary & Benefits

- £25-35k pa
- Golden hour from 1-2pm each day, held clear for meetings, and a time for quietly getting on with work or taking time out for a breather.
- Lunchtime Spud Club
- Happy Friday: 4pm finish on the last Friday of the month, 3pm in December
