As a recruiter who has already crafted a career working in the creative industry you will understand the specific requirements for hires in this area and will be well versed in managing the process end to end. As well as having the support of the HR team, you will also report into the HR Manager who is a fountain of knowledge and has established brilliant relationships with hiring manages, of which they will pass on to you.
In the role you will responsible for sourcing, pipelining and qualifying suitable candidates and working with the hiring managers to coordinate and manage interviews, negotiations and offers. You will ensure candidates, whether successful or not, have the best possible experience and, in partnership with the people team, will ensure all successful candidates are on-boarded in a positive, welcoming way.
