The Role

The Influencer Manager will be responsible for nurturing Talent, managing their brand deal opportunities, being confident in a client facing role. You will help secure long term partnerships therefore having a knack for being rapport is a key function of this role.  

Responsibilities – Influencer Manager

  • Build and Develop relationships with influencers and social media personalities
  • Research and identify new & emerging talent who align brands we work with
  • Negotiate deals with clients and talent
  • Responsible for creating/negotiating contracts
  • Work with creative agencies
  • Manage your Talent’s diaries, calendars, making sure they meet the clients expectations
  • Secure brand partnership deals and influencer campaigns for our talent
  • Contribute to pitches & presentations
  • Strong with analysis, monitoring results

Requirements – Influencer Manager

  • 3+ years of experience agency experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience managing creators
  • Social media marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of influencer strategies
  • Good at keeping up with latest trends
  • Solid understanding of the content production process
  • Client facing experience
  • Good with negotiating and writing contracts
