I'm working with one of the top London Advertising Agencies who're on the look out for a new stand-alone HR Manager.
As a growing agency they're looking for this HR Manager to continue investing in people, developing talent strategies, coming with innovative ideas on all talent attraction & retention.
You will be making recommendations & developing new HR plans & implementing them, reviewing policies & procedures as well as making any changes when needed, Leading on any employee relations matters as be a confident advisor in employment law as well a guiding the senior leadership team on all people related issues.
To be a successful HR Manager you will need to have experience within an HR capacity in a Creative environment. CIPD Level 5 & above, Have a commercial mind-set as well as being resilient & influential when liaising at all levels.
