Head of Studio Operations

Creative Services £ 85,000 - £ 100,000 per year

Fastastic opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager to join a renowned and growing UK retailer.

This role will manage a large group of creatives sitting across various departments and will focus on driving operational inefficiencies, work flow and process. You will thrive off ensuring costs are controlled and maximum productivity is achieved.

You will support the effective merge of work flow and process and will lead the studio through change, no matter what the size or scale. This will also include studio moves and restructures.

You will have an analytical eye and you will enjoy approaching studio operations from a strategic standpoint. You will develop strong relationships with all departments and a long-term strategy that clearly identifies short and long term strategic goals, considering both operational and creative needs. Overall, you will elevate the studio to deliver on business growth.

What are we looking for? You will come from a retail background and will be experienced from an operational standpoint. You will have proven leadership skills at manager level and have in-depth experience working with brands/ retailers. You will also have a strong track record managing financial budgets and targets.
