Sustainable Energy - Head of Social
This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking, passionate and dedicated sustainable energy business. You will take responsibility for the day to day management of social platforms and grow the overall social media channels. You will be a Head of Social with a passion for sustainability and sustainable living or worked for a similar business.

Responsibilities - Head of Social


* Responsible for day to day management of social media communities on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and others
* Alongside the digital marketing and communications team, create and upload all social media content, email campaigns, series, blasts, nurturing emails and sequences
* Generate compelling and engaging social media content and manage a fast paced and reactive schedule of regular updates
* Be the brand advocate, engaging in dialogues and dealing with customer service enquiries in an appropriate and timely manner on social media accounts
* Work with the team to develop the social media tone of voice and to create a social media style guide to be applied and adhered to ensuring best practice and a consistent tone of voice across our platforms
* Set and monitor KPIs for measuring the success of social media channels, analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns and new initiatives
* Produce weekly and monthly in-depth analytical reports to be presented back to the team and key stakeholders within the business
* Keep abreast of developments in the social media industry, technology and competitor marketing and make recommendations to the team on how to progress

Requirements - Head of Social

* Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field,
* Proven experience working alongside marketing, communications and digital marketing teams
* Experience in a similar role working for a brand, an agency or an in-house marketing team. You must be able to demonstrate prior Social Media Management experience
* Experience with social media engagement strategies, tactics, execution and best practices
* Experience of working on diverse number of social media platforms
* Experience in community management
* Familiarity with keyword placement, SEO, content optimisation and how content works on a social web
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
* A strong creative mindset with analytical application
* Hands-on approach, flexible and positive attitude
* Attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy of information
* Team oriented and strong communication skills to work in and across the business
* Innovative with sound judgement and solutions driven
