Head of Performance Marketing - The Company
My client are a fast growth start up business in the health and wellbeing sector. This business is a multi-brand retailer with a growing online presence and 2 stores. The business is about to enter its 3rd year and is expanding the team rapidly. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an excellent set of Co-Founders with ambitions to be the future leader in wellness retail.

Head of Performance Marketing - The Role
The Head of Performance Marketing will be reponsible for owning and delivering the acquisition marketing for this business. The key channels this person will be responsbile for are PPC, Google shopping and Paid Social marketing, however they will also have the opportunity to test other channels to drive online sales. The Head of Performance Marketing will initially work with an agency but the long term plan is to bring all the digital marketing activity in house. If you are an expert in paid media marketing within ecommerce and have an entrepreneurial drive to work in a start up, this role is for you!

Key Reponsibilities
Own end-to-end management and growth of digital acquisition channels, including paid social and PPC.
Lead on ad generation and write regular briefs for creative requirements
Define and manage KPIs against growth targets; analysing and managing performance and delivery against these goals.
Identify, test, and scale new paid and unpaid digital opportunities and growth tactics.
Developing innovative ways to find and attract customers through a full range of channels.
Liaise with affiliate agency on exclusive offers and promotions
Perform detailed analysis and draw actionable insights from cohort behaviour, platform performance, and impact of paid media spend
Optimise landing pages, creative and copy through continual test and learn
Coordinate with the team on retention strategies

Key Requirements
Over 5 years in digital marketing with demonstrable experience driving significant growth in a fast-paced high growth business
Experience creating and running paid search and paid social activity
Very comfortable with data, analysing and reporting/presenting insights
Managing and allocating marketing channel budgets to deliver highest ROI
High-level experience with analytical tools and an excellent understanding of attribution.
Experience working for an ecommerce company
Experienced with Google Shopping
