Head of Marketing (B2B Saas)
We’ve partnered with a totally unique innovative platform to find their first Head of Marketing. A privately owned company with Series A funding in place, they are about to embark on an exciting growth plan across the business and have created this brand new crucial role.
The position will sit in the senior leadership team, reporting into the board. The focus is on identifying and acquiring social media content creators (You Tube, Snap, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc). As the Head of the Marketing function, you’ll have shared responsibility for the achievement of the P&L with a focus on raising awareness and recruiting monetising creators to the platform through on and off platform marketing activities. Working in tandem with the Senior E-Commerce Manager and the Head of Growth Marketing to drive platform sign up and user retention.
Responsible for defining, owning, delivering and achieving a set of marketing plans which will include awareness and engagement drivers. You’ll define the strategy, plan on and offline delivery and workflows for the marketing team to effect traffic, recruitment, sign-ups and ultimately transactional revenue. Achieving this through a multi-channel strategy with a focus on inspiring creative and data driven digital marketing and brand building.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of the creator sector; what characterises them, how they behave and what they respond to. You will combine this knowledge with your natural instinct for growth marketing and your ability to persuade. You will be forward thinking and commercially savvy, passionate about the creator landscape, and creative/analytical in equal measure.
