Head of Digital - Start Up - Wembley

I'm excited to be working with an established and fully-funded start-up who are disrupting the rental industry. This company believes renting should simply be much better than it currently is, and that's reflected in how they operate: there are no sneaky fees for tenants, there are plenty of stylish social spaces with regular socials in their buildings, and there are lots of ticket giveaways for concerts and events as part of the partnerships they've forged.
As the Head of Digital you will be responsible for managing a multi-million pound digital budget, delivering business performance targets and ensuring millions of website visitors have a frictionless and personalised experience driving enhanced conversion.
You will have a proven track record of optimising the visitor cost per acquisition across ad networks and social platforms combined with a strong focus on user-centric design and conversion rate optimisation.
You will be leading the digital acquisition, digital products & platforms (website and mobile app) and digital content team.
You will have commercial responsibility for the performance of our digital marketing strategy and platforms.
Working as part of the Senior Digital team you will be responsible for:
* Develop digital marketing strategies to support the goals of the business, ensuring strategy is understood and executed.
* Set attainable goals, clear direction, and lead day-to-day priorities, workflow, and quality for the design, content marketing, demand generation, and product marketing efforts.
* Coach, advise and share information on digital content, communications and services with the wider organisation. Encourage and support staff to adopt a digital first and last mind-set.
* Design and implement frameworks to measure the impact of digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on rigorous measurement and customer value.
* Ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of martech projects.
* Extensive expertise in key digital principles, including person centred design, prototyping and agile delivery in a sensitive and complex environment.
* Significant experience working with 3rd party suppliers, including digital agencies and software vendors.
