Head of Customer Loyalty - The Role
This digital behemoth are on the look out for a Head of Customer Loyalty to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible; you'll be splitting your time between London and the South West and will be responsible for devising and implementing a complex CRM strategy with loyalty and acquisition at its heart. You will drive the strategic direction of customer and data value across the organisation through whole new avenues.
- Build and deliver the customer strategy across multiple brands and platforms
- Identify and implement customer acquisition strategies
- Develop incentive and referral strategies to increase retention and consent opt-in
- Introduce and enhance loyalty and rewards programs
- Obtain customer insight to understand audience behaviour enforcing the value proposition and messaging
- Lead on the management of developing new marketing comms channels to enhance customer experience
- Manage CRM team and create a sustainable growth model
Skills & Experience: -
- Extensive customer loyalty and CRM experience, including proven track record of managing a team across multiple brands across several locations.
- Strong background in customer acquisition
- Solid knowledge of customer insight and ability to create new opportunities
- Experience working with other development, tech and product teams
- Significant experience with CRM platforms and analytical tools
- Expert at applying customer segmentation and insight to aid CRM strategy
