Growth Manager - The Company
This business is a very exciting mobile fintech start up! Founded by a very successful financial services pro and a chief technology office with excellent pedigree, the business is already taking off despite only launching officially last year. The Growth Manager is a pivotal role for the company and will work very closely with the Head of Growth.
Growth Manager - The Role
The Growth Manager is responsible for driving user acquisition for the mobile app based product. The Growth Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the performance marketing strategy for the business.
Growth Manager - Required Skills / Experience
At least 3-5 years marketing/product/growth experience.
Executed the digital acquisition strategy for a B2C mobile app.
Delivery and execution experience across (but not limited to) app store optimisation programmatic, paid social, paid search, digital display, facebook and youtube.
Experience creating affiliate programmes with partners and influencers.
Demonstrable experience of designing marketing campaigns to increase ROI, acquisition or retention.
Expert knowledge of app attribution and analytics platform (mixpanel, appsflyer)
Expert knowledge of Business manager and Google ads manager
