Group Social Media Content Creator

Major Players are working with a multi-disciplinary property consultancy and engineering company who are looking for someone to join their in-house creative brand to develop their social media and marketing platforms across all divisions! This is an exciting opportunity to have full-reign on brand presence and content creation.

The Role / Company

You will be a tech-savvy social media guru! You will be familiar with Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIN as platforms to display your content. You will be able to communicate fully with all teams; enquire about stages of their developments and film footage to edit and develop in post-production ready to communicate the brand's story.

Ideally you will have experience or a solid interest in property and construction in order to create the best visuals to build up this brand to a larger audience. You will have experience working with MailChimp, UX and CMS and Adobe Creative Suite; as well as be an excellent socialiser; this company knows how to have a good time!

Based in both Bristol and London; with developments in both cities (and inbetween) you will be working at least 1 day a week in the London office, and the rest of the week remotely when you're not on-site creating content!

Key Responsibilities

* Dig deep into data and research to uncover audience insights and use that knowledge to guide both the development and management of engaging content.
* Messaging framework, campaign plan, nurture strategy, message map, user journey, content audit, gap analysis
* Execute top quality and cutting-edge visual design work for digital platform with UX design experience
* Researching audience preferences and discovering current trends
* Creating engaging text, images and other forms of digital content for all social channels (Instagram, Linkedin, Mailchimp)
* Manage online communities for clients and create monthly editorial calendars for multiple social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
* Create and edit the production of digital content consistent with our brand promise, style, and tone.
* Designing posts to sustain reader's curiosity and creating buzz around the brands
* Developing social media editorial calendars and handling distribution across multiple social media platforms
* Repurposing old content in innovative ways and handling digital distribution to further promote the four separate brands
* Writing and distributing compelling blog content for the Group
* Providing day-to-day support of event partnerships and sponsorships campaigns across social media
* Assisting each client to achieve their branding and engagement goals
* Manage social and online presence for clients to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice and implement engagement strategies
* Develop content for online
* Develop paid social media strategies and execute across all relevant channels
* Review and monitor competitive brands in similar communities
* Leverage trends and provide proactive recommendations to team and clients

Skills & Experience

* Understands the visual and strategic landscape of social media with a strong foundation in content production and management across all platforms.
* Digital experience and knowledge of digital design for Web, Responsive, Mobile and marketing channels
* Knowledge in UX design and CMS
* Strong experience in graphic design including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Fast learner, property/construction knowledge not essential but helpful

Salary & Perks

Location - Flexible hybrid working policy. 1x day a week in the London office

Salary - £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
