Frontend Developer - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React - Remote Optional

An online platform in the medical sector are expanding their tech team and looking for an experienced Frontend Developer.

This is a flexible opportunity, you can work remotely if you prefer to.

Frontend Developer - The Role:

You will work on a wide range of software products and a core platform.

You'll work very closely with their Product Owner and CTO and have plenty of opportunities to work on new features. You will help shape their approach to solving new problems and be responsible for delivering your own work to deadlines.

They're looking for a Developer who has a passion for web technology and standards and a strong emphasis on code quality. It's a fast paced, rapidly growing start-up, this would suit a developer who enjoys a challenge and gets frustrated by slow-moving, process-heavy situations.

Frontend Developer - Skills essential



* Solid JavaScript experience (React)


* Strong CSS and HTML and Web Standards.


* Experience working in an agile environment


* Good working knowledge of version control with Git


* Code examples/ a portfolio of existing work to discuss.

Desirable:

Framework experience (React, Angular, Vue)

Experience working with React, Redux. UX/UI experience - including responsive/mobile design. TDD. Exposure to other programming languages, e.g. Ruby, Python, C, Swift, Java etc. Experience working with AWS, and dev-ops tooling e.g. Docker, Webpack. Excellent SQL knowledge, preferably with Postgres administration. NodeJS knowledge, preferably with Express.js
