I am looking for a Freelance Digital Project or Program Manager to join a marketing agency that partner with big pharma companies.
They are a group of agencies who work with pharma companies – some of the biggest names in the industry.
They are structured a quite differently from the typical ad agency setup and have 3 client facing sides of business. This role is in the Consulting team, where brands are launched through a variety of channels. Think brand strategy but top level!
Experience with NetSuite would be beneficial.
Scheduling planning, reviews and retrospective meetings.
Gathering and understanding project requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Scoping the project, developing a project plan, creating timeline and Statement of Work.
Lead on projects by providing vision and influence to ensure all team members are clear of and on board with delegated tasks.
Keeping an eye and making sure the project stays within budget, timeline and scope.
Stakeholder management - making sure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into the project tasks.
Participating in daily stand-ups, liaising and updating internal and external stakeholders on the status of projects.
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
Maintain project management tools and documents.
Track budgets for projects
Track projects costs (expenses and purchases).
Maintaining healthy project financials.
Essential skills: 3-5 years experience of working at a senior or mid weight level of project or program management and liaising with global clients on complex large projects with significant budgets and scope/scale.
Desirable skills: Knowledge of NetSuite and experience working in the Pharma industry.
Location: fully remote or part remote
Day rate - £350-£500 per day (inside IR35)
