Field Marketing Manager

Marketing, Comms & PR £ 400 per day, £400 per day

Major Players are working with a fast-growing start-up on a Freelance B2B Marketing Manager role, starting ASAP.

Purpose of the role: Key intersect between new business team and marketing to ensure alignment and revenue success. This role supports the new business team to enable the
generation of new annual recurring revenue ARR) through pipeline generation and acceleration.

Success in this role is:
● Planned and coordinated marketing activity across the direct sales channel
● Increase in conversion rates from MQL through to Opportunity
● Increase in marketing sourced opportunities & pipeline
● Alignment and understanding of priorities and clarity on activity
● Increase in impact (reach & leads) of sales team across social channels

Accountable for:
● Day to day communication with new business teams on all sales and marketing initiatives
● Weekly Account Rep activity planning and communications
● Collateral production: Sales tools, presentations, sell sheets, supporting video assets etc, working in collaboration with Snr. Copywriter & Content Marketing Exec
● Supporting social selling initiatives with content
● Campaign planning, communication and activation through sales channels
● Planning and communication of training & enablement modules for new product & feature releases, content and campaigns
● Lead scoring training, feedback, optimisation & reporting
● Nurture & sales sequencing planning and execution in Hubspot (with support of agency)
● Hubspot lead funnel training & support
● Event planning & execution
● Sales & marketing advocacy
● Measure, analyse and report on success of associated sales and marketing programs and activity
● Plan and execute ABM approach and activity (future)
● Plan and execute Partner marketing activity (future)

Management and Budgetary Responsibility: No direct line management or budgetary responsibility, however you will be responsible for getting quotes and managing purchasing for services and deliverables for marketing.

Key skills and experiences:
● Experience working in a similar role
● Understanding of sales process and demand generation
● Working experience of Marketing Automation platform
● Experience in B2B and SaaS is an advantage
