My client is a premium brand-building business for spirits. They import the finest spirits from around the world and distribute them under exclusive agreement on behalf of brand owners.
Events Manager – The Role
My client is looking for an enthusiastic Events Manager who can take their Events to the next level! The main aim for this role is to lead the creation and execution of the brand’s UK events programs to world class standards.
Events Manager – Required skills/interests
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar event management role
A passion for the drinks industry, an expertise in luxury spirits.
Events knowledge and leadership
Knowledge of the UK on trade key accounts, venues & trends
A strong attention to detail, ability to think ahead and ability to anticipate potential problems and resolve them.
Creative flair in coming up with marketing ideas for events and an eye for design and creating well designed material
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoys engaging with the general public and trade at events
Outstanding relationship building
Proactive and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong Project management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to plan and execute projects to meet required deadlines, while remaining calm under pressure.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate a pro-active ‘can do’ attitude.
