The EMEA Presentation Design Team Lead will partner closely with clients at different levels to create strong narratives through their presentations and gain insight into how the team delivers on its portfolio of work. The Presentation Design Team Lead is responsible for a team of Designers and Project Managers, both on-site and as part of a wider global design team in the delivery of design collateral and presentations created for pitches and bids for our financial services client. They manage the workflow for all presentation design requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring top-notch work is coming out of the group. The EMEA Presentation Design Team Lead is also responsible for ensuring that our presentations are state of the art and that the best available and most current tools are being used. Our Presentation Designers create, craft, nurture, and protect the visual expression of a brand. They are strategic thinkers, visual problem solvers, strong designers, and brand guardians. The role partners with internal clients and ensures presentations meet communication goals, are on brand and are completed on time and on budget.


* This globally dedicated team is comprised of project managers, creative and digital designers, developers, content strategists, copy editors and video producers. The team also partners closely with colleagues in the US, Mexico, Asia and India.
* Manage a team of Presentation Designers and Project Managers, providing leadership to the team as well as creative direction
* Operational oversight within a global process - managing shifts and service coverage, data reporting, management of SLAs, point of contact for client escalations, and process documentation
* Communicate and consult with senior-level clients to understand their concepts and interpret them visually.
* Work independently and collaborate as part of a global team, while managing workflow and external vendors
* Be the go-to for the latest innovations in presentation technology - proactively implement and share with others
* Be able to quickly respond to escalations and inquiries
* Partner with various stakeholders to introduce and drive the adoption of new creative services and implementation of a new workflow tool
* Excel in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times while working in a global, shift-driven structure to ensure a smooth handover with colleagues and teams


* 10+ years of experience in presentation design services in a corporate service-led environment
* Prior experience leading a team of Presentation Designers
* Extensive experience in creative support within a corporate, service-orientated environment
* Excellent communication and negotiations skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Effectively communicate the rationale behind design ideas with colleagues and clients
* Ability to multi-task under pressure and practical problem-solving skills
* Passion for understanding current and cultural design trends and presentation tools, with an ongoing curiosity
* Empathetic management approach
* An eye for detail with a focus on quality-first delivery
* Excellent design, typography, and layout skills
* Strong technical skills and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
