Email Campaign Executive

CRM, Data & Analytics £ 33,500 per year

Our client is looking for an Email Campaign Executive who is responsible for driving retention of existing shoppers to optimise lifetime value, ensuring activity remains within budget and achieves planned ROI at channel level. As well as the day-to-day delivery of the weekly email campaigns, driving traffic and sales to our website. The role will cover campaign execution, building, briefing & reporting whilst overseeing automations/triggers and journeys and supporting in the delivery of the overall CRM Strategy.

Responsibilities



* Manage and implement marketing automation programmes, email triggers within our email platform. Including working closely with CRM/Insight agency



* Work closely with the CRM agency other 3rd parties and Digital Marketing Manager to manipulate data and target emails to key regions and customer segments




* Prepare & build HTML based emails using a variety of tools including Emarsys and email marketing software.



* Manage and implement newsletter schedule, develop and improve a testing plan



* Building effective customer journeys that drive marketing and commercial success



Skills + Experience



* 1-2 Years' experience working in an email role or with email as part of your role





* Stakeholder-management experience at a mid-senior level





* Solid understanding of email technology platforms, web analytics, customer databases and segmentation opportunities




* Experience in setting up and running email marketing automation triggers and lifecycle programmes









Salary + Perks

£33.5K

Flexible working hours, hybrid working 2 days in Sloane Street office
