eCRM manager- The Role!

The eCRM Manager will lead the setup and activation of eCRM capabilities for several UK brands. This is a newly created role, therefore the successful candidate will be expected to audit current state and provide recommendations for the future strategy and short term tactics. The ultimate goal, to create a mechanism in which consumer data is collected and applied to marketing activity, through, for example, direct marketing or targeted media.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define a data acquisition strategy across all brands, recommending ways in which existing/planned and incremental media activity could support data acquisition tactics
* Develop an action plan to apply data effectively
* Sculpt, devise, own and implement from scratch, direct marketing, e.g. email communication, strategy that delivers results
* Adapt the strategy in accordance with data acquired (i.e. do we retarget and, if so, how?)
* Manage the day to day execution of direct marketing including newsletters, trigger campaigns, transactional emails in line with KPIs
* Manage the direct marketing campaign calendar
* Manage reporting and analytics of acquisition and direct marketing activity, as well as retargeting/targeting of media based on our eCRM data set
* Manage the quality assurance of all outbound campaigns
* Work closely with the Content Producer on design, copy and tone of voice for messaging across each brand
* Create test plans for different target audiences and report on results to the client
* Continuously seek out new and effective ways to drive online growth
* Ensure all customer touchpoints are monitored to convert, retain or cross-sell, particularly: email, app, SMS and customer reviews
* Manage the CRM budget
