My client is a start up in the consumer technology space. With a founding team of experts in consumer tech this business looks set to take the market by storm. With a focus on quality, the product range will be both well designed and advanced.
Ecommerce Manager - The Role
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for running the ecommerce stores in Europe and North America. With a focus on D2C, the Ecommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in the business working closely with the senior leadership team.
Run the e-commerce for the company in Europe and North America
Optimize the e-commerce website working with external and internal support
Organize e-commerce events, promotion and integrated marketing activities to drive traffic and sales
Track, analyze and improve traffic quantity and quality
Make use of all available marketing and CRM tools (Paid Media, Social Media, PR, EDM, etc.);
Manage product stock levels and forecasting
5+ years experience in B2C E-commerce, preferably in a D2C business
Knowledgeable of marketing and sales mechanisms for ecommerce
Good understanding of digital marketing and familiar with the programs and tools most commonly used (Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
Able to use customer insights and explain these to senior leadership team
Analytical and decision-oriented leader
