Our client is a luxury brand in the health, wellness and beauty space. This business has grown rapidly since it launched 3 years ago, largely thanks to their unique and market leading products. This year they launched a revolutionary product for skin care which has received glowing endorsements from some of beauty's leading minds.
Ecommerce Manager - The Role
The Ecommerce Manager will work closely with the Head of Digital to run the website and online store. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for reporting on website performance and work with the digital design team to improve website and maximise conversions.
Reporting on website performance
Analysing data and running reports for the head of digital
Managing website design products with the IT and design team
Planning new customer journeys
Work with the customer team to implement changes based on customer feedback
Optimisation of website
Experience in reporting and forecasting of sales to inform stock, planning and product development
Proven website management ability
Understanding of web analytics; tools, reporting and insights
Experience working with successful digital marketing strategies
Experience of product merchandising with strong attention to detail
Experience working within direct-to-consumer retail space
Previous experience for a luxury brand highly desired
