We’re looking for a Ecommerce Analyst who has experience using Google Stack and has worked for international businesses – get in touch!

The Role:

  • Create automated and scalable reporting and analytical solutions

  • Analyse performance, recognising  internal & external trends from data

  • Evaluate the customer journey on different touch points – use A/B testing to improve conversion metrics

  • Use a range of resources to create reports and monitor performance through dashoards for end users

  • Source through relevant information from large, complicated, structured and unstructured data

  • Work with the performance marketers to draw insights through their Paid Search, Social and engagement activities

What you need to have:

  • Over 3 years experience in data analytics for an ecommerce business

  • Experience developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modelling

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio

  • Experience in SalesForce, PowerBI and advanced Excel skills

  • Experience working with any of the following tools is a bonus: Umbraco, SQL Server, ContentSquare, Optimizely, Qubit and HotJar

  • Good knowledge of PPC and performance marketing strategies

  • Familiar and hands on with conversion rate optimisation
