The Display team works across the full discipline of media planning and buying; developing media strategies, plans and executing campaigns that include standard display, mobile/tablet, programmatic planning (execution by a separate team), content-led & brand media video

Display Manager - The Role
We're looking for an experienced display expert to manage a variety of campaigns in different verticals and grow into a role as the agency lead on display, managing an Exec, attending pitches and talking directly to clients about all aspects of their Display activity.
Reporting into the Display Director, the Display Manager is an experienced Display Planning and Buying expert, responsible for the smooth running of the online advertising campaigns of a number of different clients.
Supported by an Account Executive, they are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, including planning and buying, campaign execution and optimisation and reporting and analysis. This includes working with a DSP partner. The ability to proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external contacts, and deliver exemplary service at all times is essential to the role.
Research, plan and buy online advertising campaigns in response to client's briefs
Day-to-day management, reporting and optimisation of client's online advertising campaigns
Attend face to face meetings and phone conferences to present proposals and results to clients
Line management of a display account executive, including development and training
Responsible for producing in-depth rationales for proposals and detailed analysis of client's campaigns using both industry research and campaign data
Campaign integration with other disciplines including search, affiliates, social and creative
Assisting in new business pitch preparation, and pitch attendance where required
Carrying out internal administration and finance functions, including campaign reconciliations and personal development functions
Developing relationships with media owners and other relevant suppliers
Display Manager - Key Skills
Proven track record in Display, with at least 2 years' experience
Proven working knowledge of Display tools - e.g. DFA, Flashtalking, Mediaplex, etc
Proven working knowledge of Display research tools - e.g. Comscore, Nielsen, TGI, etc
Experience of working with a DSP is required
A proven record with large, complex campaigns and multitasking between campaigns (Planning & Campaign Management)
Proven record of developing junior display team members
Awareness of other disciplines and how these integrate with Display
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills essential
Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar
Strong analytical skills
Strong numeracy including capability with formulas
High level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts and formulae.
