I'm excited to be working with an exciting, fast moving and growing Fintech startup with a drive to change how early stage businesses get access to funding, and in turn, how potential investors discover opportunities and manage investments.

They're looking for a Paid Media & Growth Hacking expert to join a team of marketers focused on growth and scalability. You will help them identify, build and engage their audiences through various digital channels.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and implementing best practices for campaigns and growth hacking to drive traffic and generate interest
- Analysing and reporting on performance against company vision and OKRs
- Be continuously data driven, and relentless in the pursuit of ongoing monthly growth
- Optimising user funnels to increase acquisition and conversion
- Conceptualise and execute email marketing campaigns

The Digital Marketing Manager will need:

- 4+ years in a similar role
- Expertise in creating and executing paid marketing campaigns across all performance/acquisition channels
- Demonstrable history of building engagement, traffic and signups via paid ads
- Strong understanding and practical experience utilising SEO
