Digital Marketing Manager - Start-up, Travel Industry - Hybrid

£45,000 - £55,000

I am working with an awesome Start-up in the Global Travel industry who have experienced crazy growth and looking to triple that in 2022/2023.

They have has seen exponential growth over the past 3 years at over 400% year on year in London and the US and now looking to expand in to the UAE!

They are focused on customer acquisition through Paid Media - Paid Search, Paid Social and Display marketing. A very exciting time to work for a business that is going from strength to strength, this is the first hire in marketing - a chance for a real star to put their onus on a role and mould it in to their own!

As a Digital Marketing Manager working for this exciting Brand you will:



* Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
* Design, build and maintain social media presence
* Define brand message to ensure it is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
* Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
* Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
* Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels
* Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
* Evaluate emerging technologies.
* Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

The Digital Marketing Manager will need:



* Hands on Paid Media experience
* Multi-Channel experience, although single channel specialists will be considered if you can prove your adaptability in learning and understanding the other Paid Media channels
* A minimum of 3 years' experience across biddable platforms alongside Google Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics
