Major Players are partnering with a Digital experience agency who are going to take over the digital engagement agency space. They've recently joined with a Sitecore partner who are looking for a Digital CX Strategist to join them.
It's an opportunity for a Digital Strategist to work within the Strategy team to shape the insights and direction of the clients digital products and services.
As a Digital CX Strategist you will be responsible for;
* Lead customer-centric digital strategy programmes
* Understand, analyse and find insights from multiple differing sources across the customer-focused digital channels
* Uncover, evaluate and balance business need with the customer need
* CX focused market and competitor research to uncover trends, design patterns and inspiration
* Business stakeholder consultations
* Customer journey / experience mapping
* Direct qualitative customer research to identify insights (interviews, phone calls)
As it's a senior specialist role in the business, we have got some MUST HAVES to be met…
* You will have proven experience in strategic consulting, customer-centric design, service design, design research, business design or customer experience projects
* You will have digital agency experience working with several clients/accounts
* Knowledge and understanding of leading Digital Experience Platforms (sitecore)
* Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and proven ability to use these two sources to develop findings
* Experience in UX techniques
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Desire to work in a fast paced environment working across different projects and internal teams to deliver projects
* Client relationship management skills
