The Role

This is a newly formed role within the Vitabiotics Digital team, responsible for taking care of customer service at all digital touchpoints. You will be required to operate individual customer services with primary experience in Social Media. As our Customer Service Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact between the business and customers on all of the online channels, and will support and advise customers, who are placing orders, finding information, returning purchases and making complaints. In doing so you will strive to gain and retain customers by offering a service that enriches people's lives.

Responsibilities

You will act as the primary point of contact for customer enquires to do with e-commerce orders, whilst communicating directly with customers via web chat, email & phone, as well as all social media channels. You will also be required to do a weekly report on issues and performance, providing feedback to relevant teams to help improve the e-commerce customer experience

Required Skills



* Experience of, and passion for, delivering excellent customer service within an ecommerce environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good typing speed and the ability to respond quickly and effectively during text and video chats
* Comfortable on video
* Good rapport building skills
* Empathetic, caring and an active listener
* Goes above and beyond
* Strives for 5-star feedback
* Ability to demonstrate strong and objective complaint handling
