My client are an integrated agency working across branding, digital, engagement and reporting. They've been growing steadily for the last few years and so they are now looking to add a new Digital Content Manager to their tightly knit client services team to deliver a variety of CMS projects.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Digital Content Manager you'll be providing highly proactive content management support, troubleshooting CMS issues, overseeing the development team and delivering technical solutions across a range of websites and an incredible range of clients!
This agency really prides itself on its client service and this role will be a key part of that; you will be client facing from the outset, providing personable and efficient support to external suppliers. The mantra is that delivering along is not enough, clients need to want to work with the agency again and again (and many of them do!).
Ideally, you'll have experience working within the world of digital including providing support to deliver web and content platforms. Knowledge of working within Umbraco and Wordpress would be a big plus, along with some knowledge of SEO / Google Analytics / Google Webmaster. The usual personality traits apply - we want somebody well organised with a flexible approach and a can do mentality.
