They have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Brand Manager to join their team.
Digital Brand Manager (Social & Content) - The Role
The successful Digital Brand Manager will take their marketing to the next level! The main aim of the role is to increase brand awareness and effectively communicate their purpose and product offerings to consumers. As well as increasing revenue through sales online, this person will foster and grow their online community by embodying their strong brand message. This role will allow you to take full ownership of a marketing strategy for a young, high-growth company with a clear purpose and a strong brand
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and increase online traffic
Identify, foster, and grow online communities through organic social media strategy
Manage all social channels including content and authentic and regular communication with customers
Develop and coordinate the creation of paid social campaigns to increase online sales
Manage relationships with external marketing partners, e.g. brand ambassadors / collaborations
Contribute to development of messaging on their website

Ambitious thinker- always looking for new and clever ways to communicate with the world.
Proven track record in developing and delivering creative social media strategies across both organic and paid
Strong copywriting experience
Highly creative and imaginative
Ideally has worked in the FMCG or health and wellbeing space
They are a small team, so they need someone who is happy to be flexible, work outside of their official job remit, and pitch in wherever is needed. There will be times when they will need to change direction or roll with the punches whilst still smiling!
