The Role / Company
Major Players are working with a global, multi-channel communications agency who work with a variety of brands to create outstanding campaigns. They are looking for an ambitious, Digital Account / Project Manager to maintain the day-to-day communication of their Pharma & Life-Science client and oversee the end-to-end management of Digital Campaign projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hybrid account / project manager looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client communication across Digital Campaign projects including Display, Social, Search and Programmatic deliverables
* Maintain existing client relationships developing proactive and trusted communication
* Own and manage project tasks across quality control, writing status reports and administration
* Work closely alongside the Senior Account Director and Account Managers to ensure best practise throughout
* Effectively communicate between client, external and internal personnel to ensure seamless operation and growth of existing business
* Ensure project timelines, schedules and workflow across production and creative teams are followed vigorously and kept up to date
* Maintain revenue of costing, tracking revenue forecast and account financial management to reach maximum profitability
* Assist in developing plans and strategies, making recommendations where needed

Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years' account/project management experience
* Desirable: Experience working with Pharmaceutical and/or Life Science
* Exceptional client facing skills
* Forward thinking and can-do attitude
* Proactive, highly organised and comfortable multi-tasker
* Keen eye for detail and passion for creative content
* Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £34,000-£40,000, £34-£40k
