Customer Success Manager (Account Manager, Client Services)

We're working with a fast-growing influencer marketing company, connecting influencers around the world with top Brands and Agencies for creative collaborations and content creation. They have a huge database of influencers and a fully-fledged campaign management suite to fast track influencer activation at scale.

You will be joining dynamic and creative team of tech savvy growth hackers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager to own all client relationships - including onboarding, training, product updates and upselling.

You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the success of the users, brands and influencers and ensure that they have a seamless experience across the product.

The ideal person for this role, will have experience in a social media environment (ideally influencer marketing agency) and have a good grasp of customer success or client services and product marketing.
