I am looking for a pro-active Customer Service advocate to join team of like minded individuals within a flourishing, respected and loved luxury brand.
In this role you will provide a gold standard level of customer service, across all channels through phone, email, social and live chat.
* Support the Head of Digital with the customer services strategy and processes
* Bring customer service to the forefront and ensure the business listens to and learns from the customer
* Manage the customer communication channels (inbox, live chat, we chat, Salesforce Service cloud)
* Be the go to specialist within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
* Share learnings and escalate customer issues
* Keep up to date with innovations and new initiatives within your sector and update the business
* At least 2 years experience within online customer services
* A understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Experience of shaping customer experience processes and strategy
* Strong written and spoken communication skills
