Customer Retention Marketing Manager – £50-60k (flex), bonus, shares & bens

Our client is a well-loved technology platform serving millions of customers globally. With US head-quarters, offices across the globe and an impressive London base, they have exciting growth plans including the creation of a new Customer Retention Marketing Manager role.   

The focus of this role is to identify key customer insights and data to construct effective CRM and retention strategies. You’ll assess and develop solutions to address key business problems in the customer lifecycle – this will involve multi-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement. You will also develop campaign roadmaps for retaining customers and an impactful communication strategy for newly recruited customers, focused on the first time use experience, educational content and breadth of channels/formats to drive ‘speed to benefit’ encouraging customers to take key actions.  This role will see you partner with Analytics and Marketing Automation teams to develop/deliver/automate highly relevant and personalised messages to the right customer at the right time through the best channel.

Requirements for this position are – a min of 5 years experience in b2b marketing with a recent focus on customer centric marketing, lifecycle marketing and executing retention initiatives. Ideally you will be from a Tech/Saas background.  We are looking for a self-starter with experience across end-to-end campaign management and understanding of the martech stack, with a willingness to "get your hands dirty’’.
