Customer Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)

With renowned clients such as Nespresso, Unilever, Sky and Warner, this saas is the go-to Text Analysis software platform globally. With Series B funding of over £6M secured, they are growing their 80 strong international team and adding a Customer Marketing specialist to the marketing team.

The purpose of this role is to own our customer and product marketing strategies with the goal of driving user adoption of the platform and supporting long term customer growth and retention.

You will be responsible for generating and amplifying content (email campaigns, how to guides, training videos etc.) to drive engagement throughout the customer journey. You'll also play a key role in bringing new product features to market and creating a platform for engaging with their most important customer stakeholders.

You'll need to be a strong written and verbal communicator with a knack for simplifying complex concepts into easy-to-understand soundbites while adding a dose of creativity to capture the attention of the audiences.

Leading product marketing strategy through the development of go-to-market messaging and resources, including the launch of new modules and features.

You will own the Help Centre, which includes 'how to' guides and other content to aid customers in using the platform.

Grow usage of the platform by owning the customer email marketing process including content writing, automation using CRM systems and optimization A/B testing. You'll also execute customer feedback campaigns (surveys and reviews)

Conduct market and competitor research to further our understanding of our target audiences, articulate and refine our product positioning and enable sales and account management teams with necessary talking points and marketing collateral

The ideal candidate will have c3 years experience in a B2B marketing environment, with a demonstrated ability to breakdown complex concepts into easy-to-understand soundbites that resonate with target audiences. Also, experience managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns in a CRM system. And finally, a creative streak - someone who can sprinkle a little bit of magic to capture the attention of the audiences.
