Customer Care Executive - Immediate start!
Major Players are working with one of the fastest growing e-commerce start ups who are looking for Customer Care Champions to join their team!
Working in their super trendy office, you'll be responsible for managing the whole customer journey from start to finish by answering customer's enquiries via all channels such as phone, email, live chat and social media. You will take ownership of any escalated issues, following up where needed and finding solutions to problems.
As a Customer Care Exec you will be hugely responsible for representing the brand and understanding customer's frustrations, showing empathy and always offering support.
We need vibrant personalities, positive attitudes and bundles of enthusiasm! You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and love working with people.
Previous customer care experience is essential as you'll need to hit the ground running!
Must be confident on the computer and using databases. If you've used Zendesk before then you're the type of legend we're looking for!
