Junior CRO Analyst – Bromley - £30k - £35k

They have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior CRO Analyst to join their team.
Analyse and collect insight from a range of sources including web analytics tools, onsite surveys and understand opportunities to build hypotheses for testing
Work with different departments to sign off concepts for testing, building prototypes where necessary.
Test roadmaps to ensure optimal output by supporting the CRO Analyst
Brief concepts into development ensuring they’re built, work and look as desired. Where required thoroughly QA code.
Maintain the web analytics tools – work with the tagging team and refine ways to capture insights on user experiences
Required Skills and Experience
2 years experience working within SEO/CRO/Digital Marketing industries or a similar function.
Good understanding of UX principles and shopping behaviour.
Experience working with testing software like Convert, Optimizely and Maxymiser would be beneficial.
Previously used web analytics tools like Google analytics, Adobe analytics and Contentesquare.
